Hadaly Group LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “Flirtive.ai”) maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward human trafficking, sex trafficking, forced labor, exploitation, or any activity that supports or facilitates such conduct.
We are committed to operating our platform ethically, responsibly, and in full compliance with all applicable anti-trafficking laws and regulations, including but not limited to U.S. federal law, state law, and international human rights standards.
2. ScopeThis policy applies to:
All users of the Flirtive.ai platform
All contractors, employees, partners, and vendors
All content generated, displayed, or transmitted on the platform
All business operations conducted by Hadaly Group LLC
3. Prohibited Activities
Flirtive.ai strictly prohibits any use of the platform that involves, promotes, depicts, or facilitates:
Human trafficking or sex trafficking
Forced labor, coercion, or exploitation
Sexual exploitation of any person
Any content involving minors (zero tolerance)
Recruitment, advertising, or solicitation connected to trafficking
Financial transactions linked to trafficking or exploitation
Third-party attempts to use the platform to arrange real-world sexual services
Any attempt to engage in these activities will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
4. Platform Design & Preventative Controls
Flirtive.ai is designed as a digital-only AI companionship platform and does not facilitate real-world meetings, escorting, or physical services.Preventative measures include:
Synthetic AI companions only — no real individuals are offered or represented
No user-to-user contact or listings
No real-person impersonation or likeness cloning without documented consent
Mandatory 18+ age gating
Automated content filtering to detect and block prohibited themes
Human moderation and review of flagged content
Clear Terms of Service and Acceptable Use restrictions
5. Reporting & Enforcement
Users are encouraged to report any suspected violation of this policy via:

In-App Reporting Tools
All reports are reviewed promptly by our Trust & Safety team.
Violations may result in:Immediate content removal
Account suspension or permanent terminationReporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required
6. Legal Compliance
Hadaly Group LLC complies with all applicable anti-trafficking laws, including but not limited to:
U.S. Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA)
FOSTA/SESTA
Applicable state-level anti-trafficking statutesInternational human rights and labor standards where applicable
We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations and lawful requests related to trafficking prevention.
7. Training & Awareness
Internal staff and contractors involved in platform operations are trained to:
Identify potential trafficking indicators
Escalate suspicious activity appropriately
Enforce platform policies consistently and responsibly
8. Policy Review
This Anti-Trafficking Policy is reviewed periodically and updated as needed to reflect legal, regulatory, and operational changes.
