Hadaly Group LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “Flirtive.ai”) offers digital subscription services and virtual content. Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are generally final. However, we provide limited refund options as outlined below to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable consumer protection laws and payment-processor requirements.

‍2. SubscriptionsInitial Subscription Purchases

New subscription purchases may be eligible for a refund within three (3) days of the initial transaction only if:
The request is submitted through our official support channels, and
The account shows minimal usage of the service.
After the 3-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable.

‍Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewals (monthly or recurring charges) are non-refundable once processed.Users are responsible for managing and canceling subscriptions prior to renewal dates.

‍3. In-App Purchases, Tokens & Virtual Content
All in-app purchases, tokens, credits, virtual goods, and digital upgrades are non-refundable.
‍Once delivered or made available to an account, these items are considered consumed digital goods.

‍4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in cases involving:
Duplicate chargesTechnical errors preventing access to the serviceUnauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
Refunds will not be granted for:
Dissatisfaction with AI responses or companion personalities
Accidental purchasesFailure to cancel a subscription on time
Changes in personal circumstances

We encourage users to contact us before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card issuer.Initiating a chargeback without first contacting customer support may result in:Immediate account suspension or termination
